Our Impact in Action
Transparency in ActionOur impact is defined by the growth, resilience, and success of the entrepreneurs we support. Here, we share both the stories behind their journeys and the data that captures our collective progress—illustrating how community and opportunity come together to create meaningful, lasting impact.
The people, businesses, and communities behind the numbers.

“ElevAsian plays a critical role in supporting Cambodian American entrepreneurs and providing a pathway for upward economic mobility, fostering innovative and new businesses, and providing AAPI women with opportunities they may not have had otherwise. In partnership with the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association, I have seen the impact of their work firsthand, and am proud to support their work."

The Malden Chamber of Commerce was honored to co-host the Asian Business Pitch Competition in April, 2023. The Pitch Competition, led by Andy Goldberg of the nonprofit ElevAsian, brought together area Asian business owners to “pitch” their products and services. Coached by a team of Boston University professors, these business owners left with constructive criticism while some left with cash prizes.
The Malden Chamber of Commerce benefited tremendously from co-hosting this event. We were able to bring area business owners to our City for an evening at Malden’s historic library. The contestants and their friends and colleagues ate at our local restaurants. A Malden Chamber Board member served as a judge, a role considered highly valuable by her employer. Two Malden Chamber members participated and both were invited to join the Board of the Malden Chamber because of their leadership. And, finally, we gained two new Chamber members because of the introduction made by the Asian Business Pitch Competition.
