I am currently a US Manager in the Global New Energy at an international company, with over a decade of experience mentoring and coaching professionals in the energy and technology sector. Throughout my career, I have guided new hires and emerging leaders through structured mentorship, onboarding, and career development programs. Many of my mentees have advanced to leadership positions within a few years, reflecting my commitment to building talent and empowering others to succeed.

As a graduate of my company’s Manager Development Program, designed to prepare leaders for global top management roles, I have deepened my leadership skills in communication, conflict resolution, and strategic execution.
