Inspired by the bold, vibrant flavors of Seoul’s Gangnam district, we set out to create something different from the typical K-fried chicken experience—perfectly crispy, deeply seasoned, and crafted from a personal, house-developed recipe you won’t find anywhere else. What started as a passion project has grown into a neighborhood favorite, serving the communities of Jamaica Plain and Roxbury with halal, flavor-packed comfort food that blends Korean street food roots with a fresh, modern twist.
